The U.S Postal Service, Can They Survive? Health Insurance is Breaking Everyone!

I have written before in regards to the health care insurance costs that are insane, for profit
and in the end will take all our money if something isn't done.

80% of ALL USPS expenses...............WHAT!!!!!
